FREE DELIVERY AREA.…Our free delivery service covers Mainland UK with the exception of Scottish Highlands, Scottish Isles, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Scilly Isles, Northern Ireland, and certain postcode areas where additional charges may apply. If you require delivery out with our free delivery area any additional charges will be calculated during the checkout allowing you to decide if you wish to proceed.
Who will deliver my item? We use Amazon Logistics, Parcelforce 24-hour service, DHL, Tuffnells. If you request for comments to be added to your delivery, please be aware that it is down to the discretion of the individual courier driver; unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for instances when specific instructions (e.g., please leave in porch) are not followed through by the driver.
How do I find out when my delivery will arrive? Parcelforce, Amazon Shipping, DHL or Tuffnells will send SMS or email confirmation once your parcel has been dispatched. All orders will be delivered Monday to Fridays (excluding bank holidays), generally on a next day service*. During adverse weather conditions, deliveries may be disrupted.
